Opening of sector C-16 in the offing
ISLAMABAD - The CDA has made all preparations to open sector C-16 in federal capital to overcome residential problems of the citizens. CDA sources said chairman CDA had issued directives to state management wing in this regard that it should complete all formalities within a month. Sources said the new sector would be opened for residential purpose which would be developed under land sharing formula.
Under this formula the owner of 4 kanal would be provided a developed plot of one kanal in return for acquired land. This sector would have area of 4500 kanals and would have capacity for 5500 residential units.
