G-11/3 (C-type apartments): Minister for issuance of allotment letters - Salman - 12-17-2013 01:39 PM
The Minister of State for Housing & Works, Barrister Usman Ibrahim directed the authority concerned to issue allotment letters of G-11/3 (C-type apartments) to the allottees with the given time of seven days for the payment of their remaining dues as the construction and infrastructure work is 99 percent completed. The minister directed the concerned officials to expedite the remaining work of seven stalled projects of Pakistan Housing Authority Foundation (PHAF).
He expressed serious concern regarding delay over completion of these projects, causing frustration among the allottees. The minister strictly directed to accelerate the work on these projects, putting emphasis to accord finishing touch to those on priority which are already 90 percent completed, eg Wafaqi Colony Housing Project and UET shops of Lahore.
The minister expressed these views while chairing the Board of Directors (BoD) meeting of PHAF on Monday. The Board discussed the financial position of PHAF in detail and the Chair directed to streamline all financial matters of PHAF because since 1999 undocumented financial management had been carried out
