Commissioner Orders Inquiry Of Land Allotment
Hyderabad: Hyderabad Commissioner Mr Jamal Mustafa Syed has told the officials concerned to take action against the illegal occupation of a portion of the Naval Rai Hiranand Academy.
According to a news source, the commissioner took notice of the allotment of 115 sq. yards of the academy’s land to two people under Section 164 of the Sindh Land Revenue Act. He also told the officials to conduct hearing of the matter on regular basis from Thursday, July 3, 2014.
