SHC Orders SBCA To Seal Illegal Building
Karachi: The Sindh High Court (SHC) has ordered the Sindh Buildings Control Authority (SBCA) to take appropriate action to seal the illegally built Elite Towers on plot number 17-C in Block 10 of FB Area (Gulberg Town).
According to a news source, the builder, in violation of building laws, had covered mandatory open space. Moreover, possession of properties in the building was also being handed over to the allottees without obtaining no-objection certificates from the authority concerned.
The SHC has directed the SBCA to seal the building without delay and submit a report on September 16.
