The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has auctioned 10 plots and a shop against a sum of Rs444.1 million.
Moreover, lease rights of a petrol pump site comprising an area of 4 kanal located in Block B of LDA Avenue-I, abutting main Raiwind Road were auctioned in Rs13.32 million for three years. Hospital site of Jubilee Town, measuring 25 kanals, 11 marlas and 110 sqft was auction in a sum of Rs166.8 million.
Shop No 51, measuring 324.68 square feet, situated at the upper ground floor of Park N Shop Plaza, Moon Market was auctioned in Rs20.0025 million. The Authority held open auction at LDA Community Centre, 239-A, New Muslim Town. Participants were enthusiastically offering their bids and a tough competition was observed at this occasion.
