Islamabad: ‘Jashn-e-Baharan’ celebrations will start in the federal capital from March 27. In this connection, the Islamabad Horticultural Society in collaboration with Capital Development Authority (CDA) will organise a ‘Spring Flower Show’ in F-9 Fatima Jinnah Park from March 27 to 29. The show aims at promoting the art and science of horticulture for the beatification of the town. One of the prominent features of the celebrations will be the ladies’ flower arrangement competitions, the details of which can be obtained from Dr Naila Saadat on cell number 0333-5133846. The entries for the show will be received up to March 24 (tomorrow).
