ISLAMABAD: Investigations have revealed that the guards of Inter-Risk security agency were being trained at the Police Training College, Sihala, Rawalpindi. In an exclusive interview with Daily Times, Interior Minister Rehman Malik disclosed that the guards of Inter-Risk security agency were being trained at the premises of the police training college under the control of the Punjab government. “The investigators have informed me that the Inter-Risk security guards were being trained at Sihala police college,” he said, adding that he had extended the scope of investigation and sought a response from the Punjab government to explain its position. He said he had written a letter to the Punjab government and inquired whether the principal had allowed the use of training facilities of a government institution to a private company on his own or was it being done with the permission of the provincial government.
