PM directs authorities to restore heritage sites

LAHORE: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said on Saturday that the Punjab government and the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) should work together for the development of provincial metropolis and the Ravi Zone development project. He added that the land of the Punjab government should be utilised to earn revenue.
The PM directed the concerned authorities to complete a feasibility of the Ravi Zone Development near his residence as early as possible. He said that the heritage sites should be restored to provide recreational facilities to the masses. LDA Chairman Ahad Cheema briefed the Prime Minister regarding the development. Punjab CM Shahbaz Sharif, Chief Secretary Naveed Akram Cheema and other officials were also present on the occasion
