[10:55 PM, 9/18/2016] +92 3224929992 CMY: Dealers buy sell properties for clients. Dealers deal in what is in demand by clients. Most people were saying 5 years ago DHA6 will not get populated for min 20 years. Today hard to find a plot there for desperate people wanna build a house there. *5 years ago people like you at price of 14 lacs of DHA9 were saying DHA9 will not see ballot or development for two decades. Today average price here in Prism is 1 crore and its getting developed faster than any other real estate project in entire Pakistan. Show me a single project getting developerd at this large scale and this fast speed*. I have shared video pictures google maps for those who are willing to hear and see and able to accept reality. If one dont wanna buy Prism it its ok but please think 25000 holders buyers sellers are not bholey bhaley ill informed people these are millionaires that are well informed mostly highly educated professionals that understand location importance and great potential of Prnism very well. This is reason you dont see any panic selling in market for Prism.

I'm in touch with Your office. I have two plots at wonderful locations in phase 7, U and T blocks and have been holding those for almost three years. The growth rate is very slow, though steady in phase 7 despite of the fact that it is fully developed to reside.
What do you suggest should be my next investment after selling these plots or shall I continue with the same ones ??
I have decided in my mind that I would go by your advice. Nobody can guarantee results except Allah SWT but all your analysis are based upon excellent logic and observation. I look forward to hearing from you dear Chaudhry Sahib.Regards



[11:42 PM, 9/18/2016] +92 3224929992 CMY: First I must salute you for your greatness. Even though my words may be a little strong but needed to make my point. Please for next 24 hours carefully examine why W block of DHA8 undeveloped is at Rs 3 crore and DHA 7 most blocks even with 2 years after possession are selling half (Mostly less than 150 lacs even for best plots) of DHA8 W price. I wish you had seen my posts before DHA9 ballot and immediately after DHAA9 ballot that its still not late for DHA6 7 8 holders to switch to DHA9 Prism because ots location is as superior as DHA8. I begged people to sell DHA8 to get 3 plots in DHA9 and DHA 7 to sell to buy almost 2 plots in Prism. If one have no plans to construct and only plan to hold for strongest returns please sell you DHA6 7 8 and move money to Prism asap taking advantage of this down market. Sooner you do less net cost out of pocket more gains with same safety and security of holding investments still DHA Lahore a military run organizations. . When day of ballot at price of 52 lacs I said DHA 9 will be soon priced equal to DHA7 and in future 3 to 5 is a lot more than every one gave me very hard time and laughed at me. Look today price of most Prism plots is above DHA7 and its very hard for DHA7 holders to digest this fact. I had explained reasons in very great details please read my post on Lahore Real Estate discussion page for them. Now I strongly believe within next 3 to 4 years DHA8 and DHA 9 Prism prices will be same. One can even sell now and have a free plot of one kanal and in simple words can possibly have twice the gains if he kept holding DHA6 7 or 8. Please sell the DHA 7 . You can still buy a good location in Prism with same amount but trust me this chance wont last too long. The moment Lahore Ring Road is visible on ground DHA 9 will be at top for ever. DHA 9 Prism have 60 plus parks,, DHA 9 Prism have 3 access points to Lahore Ring road. DHA 9 have widest / longest boulevards touching block after block. Have Golf course and largest commercial area of good 8 marla practical business commercial plots. Go for it. Like you already said only Allah no the rest. We can only try to make our future better for our kids with our hard earned money invested in only one safe available option to invest in Pakistan.
