Al Barari real estate development in Dubai to have luxury apartments

Al Barari is a luxurious residentia real estate development in Dubai

Al Barari, luxury residential real estate development located in New Dubai, is set to have around 500 apartments built during the second phase. The second phase of the project will also include a hotel, a spa and a cultural village.

The apartments will range in size from 2,000 sq ft to 10,000 sq ft and prices will start from Dh4.7 million up to Dh18.25 million. The apartments are targeted at people who want to live in Al Barari but cannot afford villas that start at around Dh10.5 million.

There are nearly 5,000 workers currently onsite at Al Barari real estate development as they head in to the final stretch of phase one. The first batch of 95 villas will be handed over to property owners in September.
