Emaar Pakistan, Habib Rafique Group start JV

ISLAMABAD: Emaar Pakistan, the country-subsidiary of global property developer Emaar PJSC awarded the contract for construction of 80 Alma Townhomes at Canyon Views in Islamabad to Habib Rafique (Pvt) Limited (HRL) Friday. According to a press release work on the town homes will commence shortly and is scheduled for completion in March 2011. Chief executive officer Emaar Pakistan, Dr Dia Malaeb said, “Canyon Views has redefined the property sector of the country through its focus on offering an integrated lifestyle neighborhood”. Director HRL Pakistan, Shaid Rafiq said earthwork of Alma Townhomes has already been completed. staff report
