Karachi: ‘DHA Services’ inaugurated

KARACHI: The Defence Housing Authority has started a new wing called the 'DHA Services', which will address the domestic problems of the residents of DHA more efficiently and will offer special care under one window operations.

The newly established DHA Services would cater to the residents of DHA and Clifton Cantonment Board with a variety of generalised domestic services such as repair and maintenance of electronic appliances, water and sanitation services, horticulture and gardening, plumbing and electric problems.

The one-window DHA Services would allow the DHA and CCB residents to hire the services of technicians and experts by calling them via a phone or visiting the DHA Services window in person.

Brig Tirmizi has formally inaugurated the one-window operations while he assured the residents of continuous provision of quality civic services and assistance.

DHA Services Director Maj (Retd) Tabish said that DHA Services would include a variety of technical assistance and operational modalities of every business unit of the organisation.

The DHA Services would be offered to only those members who would be eligible to benefit from it. However, non-members might also avail the home services. staff report
