‘All possible help for e-filing taxpayers’

KARACHI: The Sales Tax officers and Sales Tax help-line at various collectorates will help out the taxpayers in solving their filing problems, Pervaiz Esbhani, additional Collector of Customs, Sales Tax and Federal Excise, Quetta and Hub said. During the seminar organised by the Lasbela Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) in collaboration with SMEDA Balochistan and Collectorate of Sales Tax at Hub, it was assured that all the sales tax related problems would be resolved in consultation with LCCI. Former president LCCI, Dr Muhammad Aslam, said the e-filing system of sales tax filing and federal excise returns has been introduced to have a hassle free paper less economy in the greater interest of tax payers and tax collectors. staff report
