Lahore: 17 arrested from Johar Town guesthouse for ‘adultery’

LAHORE: Johar Town Police on Sunday arrested five women and 12 men from a guesthouse in compromising position.

According to police, they were tipped off that some criminals were hiding in a guesthouse in Johar Town. However, when the police party raided the guesthouse searching for criminals they found 12 drunk men and five women in compromising position. The police said as they reached the main gate of the guesthouse, the gatekeeper announced the presence of police to alert the accused, who tried to escape. However, the police foiled their attempt and arrested all of them.

The police said the men and women who were arrested included Robina, Zeba, Razia, Fozia, Shabana, Abbas, Ijaz, Ismaeel, Shakeel, Sajid, Akram and others. The police said it also seized bottles of liquor, performance-enhancing drugs and aphrodisiacs from their possession. The police registered an FIR against the accused on charges of adultery.
