39 illegal plazas’ owners get LDA notices

LAHORE

The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) issued notices to 39 owners of illegally constructed plazas, directing them to demolish their illegal plazas within next two days.

Besides, the LDA would also charge all the expenditure of demolition of these illegal plazas from their owners.

The list of 39 illegal buildings has been issued by the Authority.

The Authority has also started an operation to demolish two illegal plazas situated in PIA Housing Society near Shukat Khanam Hospital.

Moreover, it has also signed up twenty private companies to demolish the illegal buildings speedily and at this moment eleven different buildings demolition work is going on in the city.

It would bulldoze about 400 hundred illegally constructed buildings situated in LDA’s controlled area in upcoming days. All the necessary measures have been made in this regard.
