KARACHI - The transaction deal of the Royal Bank of Scotland Pakistan by the Faysal Bank Limited has not been finalised yet and the negotiations between the top-level managements of both the sides over the said deal is still going on, RBS notified KSE on Monday.
In a notice sent to KSE the other day, RBS, Pakistan, said that it will inform the KSE as soon as the transaction about the sale of its shares is completed.
It also stated that disclosure had already been made by the RBS regarding the commencement of due diligence by Faysal Bank via a Letter No: LCA/40 issued to KSE on March 04, 2010.
