LAHORE: The federal government has removed Pakistan Steels Mills Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director Malik Israr from both offices due to his inability to run the affairs of the PSM, a private TV channel reported on Friday. According to sources, the government has issued a notification to sack the PSM CEO from his post. PSM Director (Admin) Rizwan Memon has been appointed the acting chief executive officer of the steel mills in the meanwhile. The sacked CEO said he is leaving on a two-month leave and rejected reports that he had been sacked, the channel reported. daily times monitor
