ISLAMABAD (September 29 2008): Renowned banker and financial expert Shaukat Tareen is likely to be appointed as Advisor to the Prime Minister on Finance. According to a private TV channel, the incumbent Minister for Finance and Economic Affairs Syed Naveed Qamar would continue to hold the office for Minister for Privatisation and Investment.
These appointments are likely to be notified by the government after Eid-ul-Fitr.
