LDA plot reserved for super store auctioned - Lahore_Real_Estate - 10-06-2011 03:11 PM
LAHORE - A plot measuring 90 kanlas which was reserved for setting up a super store in the planned Finance and Trade Centre, out of total area of 1,123 kanals near Expo Centre in Johar Town, had been auctioned on Wednesday.
Reserved price for the plot had been set as one crore and 10 lakhs rupees per kanal, whereas it was auctioned in one crore, eleven lakhs and twenty five thousand rupees per kanal.
Federal Employees Benevolent and Group Insurance Fund, Islamabad offered the maximum bid for getting this plot.
The auction proceedings were held at LDA Community Centre, 239-A New Muslim Town and were supervised by the members of LDA’s auction committee including Chief Town Planner, Director Finance, Director Estate Management as well as all the four Directors Land Development of LDA.
NO Auction: Auction of seven health centre site by LDA that was scheduled to be held on Thursday had been postponed for the time being.
