LAHORE - The Punjab government has approved four mega projects with an estimated cost of Rs 2.1 billion, officials said. The projects were approved on Tuesday during the 32nd meeting of the Provincial Development Working Party. The meeting discussed and approved four schemes of Health, Auqaf and Communication & Works departments at a total cost of Rs2.1 billion, a government spokesman said. The addition of four operation theatres in BV Hospital, construction of Quran Complex and Seerat Academy at Upper Mall, construction of dual carriageway from Barki Road to Aashiayana Housing Scheme and dualization of Faisalabad-Summundri road have been approved
