Islamabad—Capital Development Authority (CDA) has served a notice to Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) against illegal construction of college on a land allotted for school’s building only.
According to information, The FDE has been constructing Model College for boys in I-8/3 on a piece of land, which was allotted to the FDE by the CDA for the construction of two primary schools in the sector.
The CDA official said that the construction of Boys college was against the CDA by laws as the CDA had allotted the land to the FDE for the construction of schools building, adding that the residence of I-8/3 was deprived of primary school facility.
