Construction of G-13 flats to start in 15 days - Salman - 11-08-2012 12:08 PM
ISLAMABAD – Decision has been taken to initiate construction work on 2,896 flats project in sector G-13 within 15 days.
The approval for starting the work was accorded in a meeting of joint venture company of Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation and M/S Progressive Motels co-chaired by chairman of the company and DG Foundation.
The meeting also approved report evolved by Justice (Retd) Amir Alam Khan which was accepted by the parties concerned.
As per report officers and employees of federal government will get concession of 8.3 percent in the cost of the flats. 75 percent quota of flats will go the federal government employees while 25 percent will be allocated to general public.
This project basing in G-13/1 and 4 will be completed within 4 years.
