CDA changes building parameters to make auction of plots success
ISLAMABAD: Capital Development Authority (CDA) has changed building parameters in respect of all trade centers in federal capital to make prospective plots auction a success.
As per changed parameters, the trade of basements in respect of the plots to be auctioned has been declared commercial.
Sources said that CDA Planning and Design department has changed the parameters of all business centers in federal capital. The basements of all the plazas to be built in trader centers have been declared commercial. Earlier the basements were allocated for car parking.
Sources said that CDA administration has taken this decision to make general auction of commercial plots to be held in March a success.
