LDA scheme plot holders warned - Salman - 12-16-2014 06:08 PM
LAHORE - Lahore Development Authority has warned of cancellation of allotment of owners who have not yet deposited full price of their plots, situated on clear area of LDA Avenue-I Housing Scheme.
The authority has urged such plot holders, who have not yet deposited one or more instalments, to avail the last opportunity to deposit the remaining dues by 31st of December 2014 along with penalty. Otherwise, LDA will cancel allotment of plots after this date in case of failure on the part of an allottee.
However, this decision will not apply on plots which were under-litigation and for which stay order had been issued by the court.
