Bahria Town Karachi Supreme Court Ruling June 27 2018 Order Explained & Market Direction By CMY of Lahore Real Estate.
In Video I missed NAB barred to investigate Bahria Town and MDA till appeal case is decided by 5 member bench. We discussed Baharia Town will collect remaining installments to keep 80% for development work and salaries and 20% will be deposited in SC account as guarantees. Malik Riaz to pay 5 billions as guarantee along with all own and family assets too.
Also, note since Bahria Town still cant offer any new projects in BTK till case over and is allowed to develop & forced to complete existing BTK by collecting due installments etc your current properties in BTK will see good growth and demand. Selling on ground plots and undeveloped plots that on map with a number is not recommended at all now. Sell non balloted plots as they will perhaps need new land etc.
