Real Estate Agents in KPK Seeks Government Action on Tax Rate Revisions
Peshawar: The Property Dealers Association in KPK has stressed revising taxes on real estate. The taxes have been implemented by government and real estate dealers have raised issues on it. The dealers stated that increased taxes on property transactions could negatively impact real estate investments in Pakistan.
In a press conference, the representative of dealers highlighted the impact of new elevated tax rates on the real estate industry and requested to revise it. Numerous real estate agents attended the meeting of all property dealers association KPK, including Dr. Mehrab Bangash, Asmatullah Afridi, and Younus Khan.
While adding to the issue by escalating tax rates, the representatives said that the situation immensely affects the real estate industry. They also stressed ensuring transparency in the real estate sector.
