Punjab Chief Minister Announces Anticipated Opening of LRR SL-3 by Month-End

Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi has revealed that the Ring Road Southern Loop 3 (SL-3), also known as LRR SL-3, is expected to be open by the end of this month, as reported by a news source on January 9.

The Chief Minister conducted an on-site inspection of the Lahore Ring Road SL-3 Project situated on Maraka Multan Road, sharing that the targeted completion date for this significant infrastructure project is January 31. The ongoing 8-kilometer-long project received specific directives from the CM during the inspection to ensure its timely completion.

Naqvi expressed optimism about the project, highlighting its positive impact on public transportation facilities. During the visit, he underscored the importance of maintaining high standards in the execution of the project.

Following the inspection, in a media statement, Naqvi acknowledged the challenges posed by weather conditions, particularly citing the time-consuming dehumidification process causing delays in the project's timeline. Despite these challenges, he assured continuous efforts and emphasized round-the-clock monitoring by provincial ministers and designated teams to ensure the project's punctual completion
