Kayani, Zardari discuss WikiLeaks’ repercussions

LAHORE: Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Ashfaq Kayani called on President Asif Ali Zardari at the Presidency and discussed the countrywide situation created after revelations of the WikiLeaks cables, a private TV channel reported on Friday. According to sources quoted by the channel, Kayani called on Zardari where both dignitaries discussed the current security situation of the country, resolving to fully secure the country’s security and interests, the channel reported. Both leaders also exchanged views on the law and order situation in the country.
