Art exhibition on Nature today

Islamabad —The latest exhibition at Nomad art gallery present vigorous and fascinating artworks by two contemporary artists, Zia Zaidi and Ubaid Syed.

The artists have beautifully incorporated the trends and cultures from local to universal, traditional to contemporary versions, East to West values through creative expression. The show will open tomorrow (Oct 1) and would continue till Oct 9 (from 10am-7pm).

Zia Zaidi’s work reinterprets traditional forms, themes and aesthetics while Ubaid Syed, a Pakistani-Swedish artist, reflects his relationship with Western culture and visual expression and establishes a unique voice.

“In our country of diverse cultures and aesthetic sensibilities, the exchange between Western and local tradition has given birth to a unique identity that presents a bold alternative to global uniformity.
