Islamabad Property News : Draw for E-12, D-12 plots

Islamabad—The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has decided to sell available residential plots in E-12 and D-12 sectors by holding a draw.

The decision was taken in meeting of CDA presided by its chairman, Nadeem Hassan Asif. The civic authority is expecting a revenue generation upto Rs14 billion.

In Sector D-12, 92 plots of size 40x80 and 31 plots of 500 square yard are available for sale, while in E-12, 350 plots of 60x90, 50x90 and 40x80 are available for sale.

The affectees of the Sector E-12 will be paid Rs300 per square foot as compensation to get the possession of the land and claims in this regard would be accepted till September 15.

All the claims would be forwarded to allotment scrutiny committee and the committee would send its recommendations in this connection to the CDA board.
