CDA chief orders development of Ankara Park on modern lines

ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) chairman visited Ankara Park and Lake View Park on Thursday and directed the civic body to start full-fledged development activities there.
During his visit to Ankara Park, CDA Chairman Maroof Afzal ordered early completion of repair and maintenance work at the park.
The chairman also directed the civic body that state-of-the-art facilities should be provided in the park so that citizens might enjoy best recreational facilities there. He said that a mechanism should be devised so that even after completion of development work, maintenance of the park is ensured all the time.
