ISLAMABAD CDA approves four-tower building project
ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has approved a project to develop a modern four-tower multi-purpose building in sector I-10 to promote foreign investment. Konnect Holden Limited (KHL) in collaboration with an overseas consortium will complete this project. The towers area will be totally fenced with perfect security system. Oil, gas, telecom and other multi national companies will be offered one window operation for investment. These towers will offer wide office spaces and residential apartments. Each tower will be 10-12 storey building with each floor covering 25,000 sq feet area. All the towers will have same compound. This building will have world-class restaurant, mosque and gym facilities. Talking to this news agency a source said the building would offer logistic space and underground parking facilities. This project will attract foreign investment in the country, as the multi-national companies will be provided a safe and secure environment. The construction work of towers will start in the last week of November and project will complete in next few years. KHL is the exclusive representative of Rosenberger Asia Pacific, for Pakistan and Afghanistan. KHL represents Rosenberger Hochfrequenztechnik Gmbh and Co for their product lines and to provide after sale support solutions in the areas of Telecommunication, information technology and electronics. This joint venture is another milestone for KHL and will pave the way for international investment. KHL is already developing many infrastructure projects in Pakistan. app
