Punjab: Ban on arms licences to go

PUNJAB government has decided to lift ban on the issuance of arms licences. According to a private television channel, notification in this regard will be issued in the coming two days. Punjab government has decided to lift ban on the issuance of arms licenses. The authority to issue licences has been given to the DCOs of respective districts. Meanwhile, the provincial government has also decided to place Jammers to stop mobile usage in all jails of the province. It has also been stated that if any prisoner is found having mobile phone, jail administration will be dismissed from job.
