TMA Rawal Town to computerise building plans approval

Rawalpindi - To facilitate residents and encourage compliance with building by-laws, Rawal Town Town Municipal Authority (TMA) on Monday decided to computerise the system for awarding building plans approval.

Rawal Town Administrator Zahid Suhail also directed TMA officials to hang a banner describing the approval acquisition process on the TMA office gate.

He said that action would be taken against negligent officials.

Suhail directed the officials to not clear the bills of all in-progress schemes in the city until they had visited the site in person and prepared a technical report.
