Islamabad: Capital’s rural areas to have college, 2 more hospitals

ISLAMABAD: Chief Commissioner Kamran Lashari has announced construction of two hospitals and a college in rural areas of the federal capital. Addressing inaugural ceremony of an art gallery at Saidpur Model Village the other day, he said the hospitals and college would be constructed under a special package announced by Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani for development of the rural areas. He said the government would pay special attention to raise standard of life of the rural areas’ residents. More efforts are needed to enhance attraction of the village, Lashari said. online
