Application Deadline Announced for Shops in Lahore's Grand Souq CBD

In Lahore, the Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA), commonly known as CBD, has launched the 'Grand Souq Lahore,' presenting a lucrative investment opportunity for both investors and retailers. Those interested in participating in the ballot for shops in this innovative souq on Main Ferozepur Road can submit their applications by December 1.

The Grand Souk Lahore offers shops in sizes of 350, 450, and 550 sq ft, with pricing details as follows:

• Ground floor shops: Starting at PKR 100,000 per sqft
• First floor shops: Starting at PKR 85,000 per sqft
• Second floor shops: Starting at PKR 75,000 per sqft

Buyers can secure ownership within three years and take advantage of a convenient four-year installment plan. The shop balloting process is scheduled to commence on December 15. Interested investors can obtain registration forms at Allied Bank branches to secure their preferred unit.
