LAHORE Development Authority’s newly posted Director General Omer Rasul has said that he wants to transform the authority into a dynamic service delivery organisation. According to a press release on Sunday, addressing a meeting Omer Rasul said he believed in an open door policy to address issues at all levels by being directly accessible to all the employees. He said he had taken the responsibility vested in him by the chief minister and the chief secretary as a challenge. Omer Rasul belongs to the District Management Group and has served on numerous important positions, including provincial secretary I & C before joining his new assignment.
