CM lauds Rescue-1122 performance

LAHORE (APP): Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has appreciated the officers and officials of Rescue-1122 over their performance in the relief efforts for the flood-hit peolple in the province. The Chief Minister before his departure to the flood-hit areas at the airport on Monday commended the performance of Director General Rescue-1122 Dr Rizwan Naseer and his team. The CM said that the way Rescue-1122 officers and officials provided succour to the people marooned in flood water in this ordeal was highly commendable. He expressed the hope that the officers and officials of the department would continue to discharge their responsibilities with the same spirit and dedication and would leave no stone unturned in providing relief to the people beset in difficulties.
