PTCL landlines damaged in Banaras

KARACHI: Thousands of landlines of PTCL were affected due to construction work carried out by City District Government Karachi at the Banaras flyover site on Wednesday. PTCL PRO said the areas affected include Shahiabad near Metro Cinema, Ellahi Colony, Sher Khanabad, Keakar Maidan, Frontier Colony, Pathan Colony, Subhani Mohallah, Noorani Mohallah and Banaras Chowk. The company has started rehabilitation work on priority basis and regrets inconveniences caused to its valued customers, he added.
