CDA set to auction 62 plots

ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) is all set to put around 62 residential and commercial plots in various sectors of the federal capital to help bridge its financial deficit.

The auction would be held on March 26 at the Jinnah Convention Centre. Among the residential plots to be auctioned are 47 residential and 15 commercial plots. The auction plan has already been widely publicised through media. The CDA would auction 20 residential plots of different size in sectors G10 and G11, and 16 in sector D12. The commercial plots to be auctioned include one plot for a hotel next to the Marriott Hotel, in sector I12, Super Market facing IJP Road, E12 Markaz, D12 Markaz, Blue Area and sector F10.
