LDA evicts squatters from 10 commercial plots

LAHORE

AN Estate Management team of the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) evacuated 10 commercial precious plots from the possession of illegal occupants at Johar Town on Thursday. Officials said the team along with heavy contingents of police went to the site and demolished illegal structures. Officials said the LDA teams also faced resistance but the police controlled the situation and arrested two persons from the spot. Officials said the precious commercial plots were situated on the main road between blocks C and D.
