CDA cancels NOC for E-16 development

ISLAMABAD - The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has cancelled the no objection certificate (NOC) issued for development of Roshan Pakistan Housing Scheme in sector E-16.

The authority has informed the general public and other concerned regarding cancellation of the No Objection Certificate (NOC) issued to M/s Roshan Pakistan (RP) Corporation for development of Roshan Pakistan Housing Scheme in Sector E-16 Zone-II of Islamabad with immediate effect.

The action has been taken by CDA on account of non-completion of post NOC formalities even after lapse of more than seven (07) years after issuance of NOC.

The CDA has also warned the general public in their own interest to refrain from investment, sale and purchase of land or plots in Roshan Pakistan (RP) Corporation Housing Scheme E-16, Zone-II.
