Balochistan students quota doubled in Punjab's Agri, Barani universities

LAHORE: Governor Punjab Salmaan Taseer has doubled the quota for the students from Balochistan in the Agriculture University, Faisalabad, and Pir Mehr Ali Shah Arid Agriculture University, Rawalpindi, on regular basis. Fifty-six students from Balochistan will get admissions in the Agriculture University, Faisalabad, and five students in the Arid university under the enhanced quota. The quota of the students from Balochistan in the Arid university was only two before the governor increased it.
