Islamabad: CDA razes 14 illegal houses, 2 shops

ISLAMABAD: Directorate of Enforcement, Capital Development Authority (CDA), has demolished 14 houses, two shops and two boundary walls in various areas of the capital during its ongoing operation against encroachments and illegal constructions. According to a press release issued on Wednesday, 14 illegal houses in a ‘katchi abadi’ in Sector I-11 were demolished during the operation. Two under-construction shops and one boundary wall near Service Road in Sector G-11/3 were razed, while an illegal boundary wall in Industrial Area of Sector I-9/2 was also demolished. Similarly, with the help of Tarnol Police, the directorate razed five hut hotels and six cabin shops near Motorway Chowk, Tarnol and confiscated four truckloads goods. app
