DHA Quetta Extends The Deadline For The Early Bird Commercial Down Payment

Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Quetta has extended the deadline for submitting the down payment for the Early Bird Commercial-2023 plot. The administration shared this information on April 18 via a post on the authority's official Facebook page.

The specifics state that the down payment must be received by Friday, May 5, 2023. During regular business hours, Early Bird Commercial customers can pay the deposit. The DHA offices in Quetta are open until 5:00 p.M. According to the DHA management, it decided to accommodate the clients' requests and take into account the shortened office hours during Ramadan by extending the deadline for completing the down payment for Early Bird Commercial-2023 plots.



The term has been extended to three quarters from two quarters in accordance with the new payment plan. This means that after the down payment has been cleared, the remaining balance must be paid over the course of three quarters. The payment installment is changed from PKR 7,110,000 to PKR 4,740,000 as a result of this modification. Thanks to this additional payment option, more customers are anticipated to be drawn to the Early Bird Commercial-2023 plots, especially those who were unable to make the entire payment within two quarters.
