KSE world’s worst performer last month

LAHORE: The Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE)-100 Index was the world’s worst performer over the past month, the Credit Suisse Group has said. The gauge dropped 6.1 percent over the past month after being the fourth-best performer in the first quarter after advancing 17 percent. “If all progresses well in the war against the militants, then we could see a 25 percent upside from current index levels,” Farid Khan, an analyst at Credit Suisse, said on Tuesday.
