Lahore High Court sends notices over housing societies’ destruction of agricultural lands

RAWALPINDI: On Monday, in response to a citizen’s plea over master’s plan violations and the issuance of NOCs to private housing societies without meeting the required requirements, Lahore High Court (LHC) Rawalpindi Bench Justice Mirza Waqas Rauf issued notices to the Director General Punjab Housing and Town planning department and Director Sub-Region Rawalpindi.
