DHA Quetta Extends Special Offer to Early Bird Plot Holders


Quetta: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Quetta has introduced an enticing offer for the first 50 holders of 1-kanal Early Bird (EB) residential plots, as disclosed on the project's official Facebook page on October 21.


Under this offer, plot owners who commence construction on their allotted plots within 30 days of map approval will receive complimentary services including soil investigation, design consultancy, and excavation services. Furthermore, they will be eligible for a full reimbursement of development charges, up to 100%. Members who successfully complete their home construction within 18 months will enjoy a 100% development charges refund, while those completing construction within 2 years will be entitled to a 50% reimbursement.


The administration of DHA Quetta has clarified that authorized dealers can also take advantage of this scheme. Applications can be submitted to the Town Planning and Building Control Office during regular working hours, either electronically or in hard copy. The deadline for application submissions is October 31.
