President honours young IT expert

ISLAMABAD: President Asif Zardari on Wednesday presented world youngest IT professional Babar Iqbal with a cheque of Rs 0.5 million.

The president appreciated Iqbal for grabbing four world records in the fields of computer and information technology.

He said the nation had high hopes from the young generation, which had ample potential to flourish if they were provided with good opportunities.

National Assembly Deputy Speaker Faisal Karim Kundi also attended the function.
