Punjab: CM calls for proposals for doctors’ incentive package

LAHORE: Comprehensive recommendations should be submitted regarding an incentive package for doctors and paramedical staff serving at the rural and basic health centres in the province, Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Shahbaz Sharif said on Monday. He was presiding over a high-level meeting that reviewed the role of the Punjab Health Foundation (PHF) and discussed recommendations for the package of incentives to the doctors and for the provision of medical facilities to the public at the CM’s Secretariat. The CM said measures were being taken for the uplift of the health sector and to ensure the provision of modern treatment facilities to the pubic. staff report
